Rebecca's tearaway daughter, Lydia De Courci was once seen as something of an embarrassment to the Family. She kept unhealthy company, frequently vanished for days at a time and generally had people tearing their hair out. She did, however, seem capable of looking after herself. Some claim that she was in some way involved with King Eric, which could explain how he has evaded capture for so long. She was reported dead in the spring of 26 RdC, killed by a group adventures seeking to slay the Never Queen. The De Courci's attempted to ressurect her but this failed and Eleanor de Courci was the result.
Her spirit was sent to the shattered plain and trapped with a glass crown of a looking-glass hunter. The crown was subsequently recovered after a party of adventurers ended up on the shattered plain and her spirit was sent on to the burned realm by Sir Falcon Bravo.
About a year later adventurers sent to the Burned Realm by Duke Nerino Velasquez discovered Lydia within the House of the Gods, sitting upon the throne of the the Never-Queen within that place. Her insane spirit was returned to the realm of the living and possessed the body of a zombie where upon it/she was returned to the De Courci family.
