Background
The fifth sleeper is a dark-cloaked malicious entity, who has an obsession with Regret. He is known as the Watcher in Black and controls an number of twisted nightmarish entities. It has been implied he does not have a good relationship with the Bard of Rainbows but has been reluctantly willing to work with him.
Recent Events
- Attempted to kill Ateas (daughter of the Mother of All Serpents and the dream power Time) to prevent her from allowing him to take control of the sleeping Mother of All Serpents. This was thwarted by a number of adventurers from the White City. (Fire under the Hill)
- Trapped in a dream of eternal struggle with the Bound Knight. (Shattered Dreams)
