* Wanted Criminal in the White City
Initially arrived in the city as some form of drug addled stoner from the Whistful City with tales of a dream sending him south for his god's unknown purposes. This is of course not the tale people would tell you of Theodor Luxfrey's arrival in the city which is that of a slightly confused young newlywed couple arriving from the North as members of a slightly obscure branch of the family. Oddly enough for a significant proportion of the year his wife, Koré, is claimed to be, by most of the family, at a family retreat in the north. He joined the high guard during the war on Belor. Though he never saw action in the south he rose through the ranks as leader of a small unit of 'problem solvers' in the north, since the disbanding of that unit he has transferred to the 'Twilight Guard'. He has recently taken part in the reapproriation and establisment of the city's first temple to the King of Eagles.
Preaches that the King of the Eagles is the guardian of the border between the realm of blood and dream which should, by and large, not be crossed over. Generally attempts to spin this as both him and his priesthood being a protective force against nasty things coming down out of dream (whilst leaving out mention of the notion that adventurers travelling up into dream themselves is probably equally problematic).
