Tarquin Velasquez -RIP

The manipulative Velasquez High Captain is known to share a mutual disdain with Dukle Nerino. He was High Captain during the time in which Nerino supplanted Chiana as head of the family but showed loyalty to neither side, instead siding with their predecessor and rather late head of the house.

With the reappearance of Borgia Velasquez Tarquin appears to have thrown his lot in with her and her attempts to sieze control of House Velasquez. He was killed by agents of Duke Nerino while in the Burned Realm when he attempted to prevent them carrying out a mission for the Duke. He was publicly declared to have died in the line of Duty.
