A one time companion of [[gm:toquell_velasquez|Toquell Velasquez]], she was turned by his magics in to an artefact of chain and renamed the "binder of the seven powers".  It was this that enabled her to rebind He Who Walks Wilderness.  After Belor de Velland and Selena Curiana took over the Port of Glass she wandered off to the far east and was never seen again.
